British terrorist tried to set up a jihad training camp in Oregon

American authorities are trying to have British terror suspect Haroon Rashid Aswat extradited to the U.S.

Between October 1999 and April 2000, Aswat allegedly attempted to set up a training camp in Bly, Oregon.
